Standard Equipment

OptiHealth Football is played with a standard Football and one standard Flagbelt. These items can be purchased at your local sporting goods store. 

Optional Equipment

OptiHealth Football can be played using a flying disc (Frisbee) or flying ring instead of a football.

This alternate version is usually preferred by younger players, women, and senior citizens. 
The object used to throw/catch can be inter-changed during the same game according to the preference of the players in the Quarterback and/or Receiver positions.
