OptiHealth Sports
Each OptiHealth Sport is based on the traditional game, but has been modified for fun and fitness for everyone.
- Each sport is played as a 15-minute game where each player rotates through all the positions and gets equal play time in each position.
- Each player scores individual points based on his/her personal performance on each play throughout the game.

Kickball
2-inning games where all 16 players rotate through all the field positions, kick, and run all the bases each inning.
Baseball
2-inning games where all 16 players rotate through all the field positions, bat, and run all the bases each inning.
Basketball
Half-court games with designated 2-on-2 play scoring individual points for assists, baskets, rebounds, and free throws.
Football
Scrimmage games with designated 2-on-2 play scoring individual points for passing, catching, running, and blocking.
Soccer
Half-field games with designated 2-on-2 play scoring individual points for assists, goals, and blocks.
Volleyball
60-hit games with designated 3-on-3 play scoring individual points for digs, sets, and passes, but without serves, spikes, or blocks.
Badminton
200-hit games with 1-on-1 play where the challenge is to keep the birdie and your "opponent" in play.
Hockey
(Will probably make this Field Hockey, not Floor Hockey)
Half-court games with designated 2-on-2 play scoring individual points for assists, goals, and blocks.
