Videos: Winning with OptiHealth Sports
Each OptiHealth Sport is based on the traditional game, but they have been modified for fun and fitness for everyone. Each sport is played as a 15-minute game where each participant rotates through all the positions and gets equal play time in each position. Each player scores individual points based on his/her personal performance on each play throughout their game. Brief descriptions of our modified games are listed below. Badminton200-hit games with 1-on-1 play where the challenge is to keep the birdie and your "opponent" in play.

Baseball2-inning games where all 16 players rotate through all the field positions, bat, and run all the bases each inning.
